"It is with great pleasure that VSA Florida supports the Rushman-Micah Angel Foundation in your efforts to provide arts-based educational programming for students of all abilities to the students of Collier, Lee and surrounding South Florida counties. Through VSA Florida art classes, My Art My Way, students will be taught by trained artists using modification and adaptation strategies to ensure everyone in the class benefits the maximum outcomes that arts education can provide, e.g. sequential learning, creative thinking skills, problem solving and self expression."

"The Boys & Girls Club of Collier County has long understood the importance of adding enrichment programs to the curriculum of our Club. Our mission is to enable young people, especially those who need us the most, to reach their full potential of productive, caring and responsible cititzens. With budget cuts to the school districts, most Arts programs have been eliminated. Most of the parents of our members do not have the means to provide after school and weekend classes focusing on the Arts. We feel so strongly about the effects of eliminating the Arts, that we are one of the few programs in the County to offer performing arts to Collier County children most in need." "The Exceptional Student Education Department of the Collier County Public Schools enthusiastically supports the extraordinary and ambitious mission of the Rushman-Micah Angel Foundation and your plan to provide technology learning devices and assistive/adaptive technology to students with special needs. It is my strong belief that technology has the potential to maximize learning for all children, and assistive/adaptive technology has the potential to minimize the impact of learning differences for students with disabilities."
